1. Feedback Processing Terms
At Tallinn Airport, customer feedback is handled by the employees of the Tallinn Airport and, if necessary, due to circumstances of the feedback, by contractual tenants and/or partners associated with Tallinn Airport.
In order for Tallinn Airport to handle the feedback, verify the accuracy of the circumstances and respond to the customer, the customer needs to provide his or her personal information: name and e-mail address. Tallinn Airport will not disclose customer information to other parties referred to in the feedback without informing the customer thereof beforehand. The customer receives a response to the feedback from the Tallinn Airport within a maximum of 10 business days. If the customer does not submit his or her personal information, he or she will not receive a response from Tallinn Airport.
Tallinn Airport will process feedback for security reasons and to ensure better customer service in order to meet contractual and legal obligations. Tallinn Airport takes feedback into account in both making day-to-day management decisions and overall development of the company in order to deliver outstanding customer experience in line with expectations.
Tallinn Airport maintains customer feedback and correspondence resulting from it in its document management system, website content management environment, and web server for five years after the end of processing the feedback. The customer has the right to access his or her personal data and requeststheir correction or deletion by submitting a digitally signed application in writing to AS Tallinna Lennujaam Information Service ([email protected]).
2. Conditions for booking excursions
In AS Tallinna Lennujaam, the booking of excursions is processed by the marketing department, which submits the name and personal identification code of the participants of the excursion to the aviation security company for the fulfillment of the legal obligation.
In order for AS Tallinn Airport to book an excursion, calculate the cost of the service and send a response to the Customer, the Customer must provide the following personal information: name and e-mail address.
AS Tallinna Lennujaam does not disclose the Customer’s personal data to third parties without prior notice to the Customer.AS Tallinna Lennujaam maintains the order details five years after they are presented in the content management environment and web server of their website.The Customer of the excursion will receive an answer to the inquirywithin five working days. If the Customer does not submit his or her personal data, AS Tallinna Lennujaam does not confirm the order and does not respond to the request.
The Customer has the right to access his or her personal data and requesttheir correction or deletion by submitting a digitally signed application in writing to AS Tallinna Lennujaam Information Service ([email protected]).
3. Terms and conditions for processing the information provided
At Tallinn Airport, the air safety department of AS Tallinna Lennujaam ([email protected]) and, as the case may be, due to the circumstances of the case, partners operating at the territory of Tallinn Airport and/or the Civil Aviation Administration, deal with cases affecting flight safety.
Submission of personal data is voluntary. In order for Tallinn Airport to be able to handle cases, review facts and send a response if necessary the notifier of the case needs to provide his or her personal data. Tallinn Airport will not disclose personal data of the notifier to other parties referred to in the case.
AS Tallinna Lennujaam is handling feedback on safety-related incidents to increase air safety levels.Tallinn Airport maintains information and procedural information about incidents five years after the end of the feedback procedure in the content management environment of its web page and in the web server. The notifier has the right to access his or her personal data and requesttheir correction or deletion by submitting a digitally signed application in writing to the Administration ([email protected]) of AS Tallinn Lennujaam.
4. Terms of processing personaldata
In AS Tallinna Lennujaam, the applications for access to the Tallinn Airport Manual are handled by the Leading Quality Specialist of AS Tallinna Lennujaam. In order to obtain information on access to the Manual and to receive notices on updatesof the Manual, the applicant must provide his/her personal information: first and last name, thenameof the institution, position, ande-mail address. AS Tallinna Lennujaam does not disclose this personal information to other parties without the prior consent of the person or on the basis of the legislation.If the applicant fails to submit his or her personal information, he or she will not be able to access the Tallinn Airport Manual.
AS Tallinna Lennujaam is processing personal information submitted in order to provide its partners with access to mandatory documentation for aerodrome operations.
Tallinn Airport maintains the submitted personal data in its content management environment of its web page and in its web server until the person has a useraccount for access to the Airport Manual. If a user account is closed, Tallinn Airport will immediately delete personal information of the person.
The person has the right to access his or her personal data and requesttheir correction or deletion by submitting a digitally signed application in writing to AS Tallinna Lennujaam Information Service ([email protected]).
5. Terms of processing the data necessary for the VIP Standard, VIP Private Express, VIP Business Express and premises rental services.
Data of the customers using VIP, Express and premises rental service at Tallinn Airport is handled by VIP-service and aviation security personnel who provide the Police and Border Guard Board, Tax and Customs Board, the Tallinn Airport GH Passenger Registration Department and the company providing aviation security services with the information necessary for the provision of the service.
The following information is required for the provision of VIP, Express and premises rental services and the fulfillment of the contract and legal obligations: passenger name, flight number, flight date, customer name and e-mail address. The personal data indicated on the orderwill be kept by Tallinn Airport five years after the provision of the service in its customer management system, website content management environment, andweb server. The submission of personal data is necessary in order for Tallinn Airport to be able tofulfillits obligations under the legislation and contract. If the customer does not provide personal information, Tallinn Airport can not provide VIP, Express or premises rental services.
The customer has the right to access his or her personal data and requesttheir correction or deletion by submitting a digitally signed application in writing to AS Tallinna Lennujaam Information Service ([email protected]).
6. Terms for processing personal data for services ordered from the web shop
Tallinn Airport uses the personal data submitted when purchasing services from the web shop for sending the ticket and invoice, processing the order and checking the payment. Submission of personal data is necessary for purchasing of a service and making payment, otherwise it is not possible to buy a service from the web shop. The QR code of a ticket, validity date, name and e-mail address of the buyer are stored in the web shop app for up to six months.
Tallinn Airport is the data controller for the personal data submitted. For payment, the necessary data is submitted to Maksekeskus AS.
A customer has a right to check their personal data and request correction or deletion thereof, submitting a digitally signed written application to the information service of Tallinna Lennujaam AS (info[at]tll.aero).
If the data subject feels that AS Tallinna Lennujaam has violated his/her rights when processing his or her personal data, he/she can file a complaint with the Data Protection Inspectorate.
