Tallinn Airport operates 5 airports (Tallinn, Tartu, Pärnu, Kuressaare and Kärdla) 2 airfields (Kihnu and Ruhnu) in Estonia. Airport charges applied at these airports are listed in the Conditions of Use as well as in the AIP Estonia. Both the types and amounts of charges may vary depending on the airport.

Airport charges at Tallinn Airport in 2023
New information as of 22.12.2022: Tallinn Airport informs you that the airport charges will not change as of 01.01.2023. The structure and rates will remain unchanged until further notice.
The consultation process for 2023 airport charges began on May the 27th, 2022 when AS Tallinna Lennujaam sent initial proposal to the users. Charges consultation meeting took place on June the 8th, 2022 via MS Teams, where representatives from 11 airport users participated. During the meeting AS Tallinna Lennujaam received questions, comments and requests for additional clarifications. Airport sent clarifications on June the 22nd. AS Tallinna Lennujaam requested responses in writing from the users by June the 28th and received responses from two airport users.
The Management Board of Tallinn Airport approved new charges on 05.07.2022. Decision to change the levels of airport charges was sent to airport users on July the 19th by e-mail.
New charges are valid as of 01.01.2023 and the updated conditions of use will be published on Tallinn Airport webpage , before that date.
- Passenger charge will be 10,50 euros per departing passenger.
- Landing charge will be 7,50 euros per ton of MTOW.
- Passengers with disabilities (PWD) charge will be 0,30 euros per departing passenger.
- Same charges will apply on both international/domestic flights
- Parking charges will remain unchanged
