08.04.2020

Based on the annual report 2018, Tallinna Lennujaam AS was placed 30th in the leaderboard of 101 Estonia’s most valuable enterprises.

Prudentia and Nasdaq Tallinn prepared the TOP 101 of Estonia’s Most Valuable Enterprises in the final months of the last year, when the world hadn’t heard anything yet of the coronavirus that for today has hit the entire world and turned the international economy upside down. The idea of the leaderboard, compiled based on the 2018 annual reports of Estonian enterprises, and the entire project was to create a public debate on the corporate value and the creation of value in a wider sense.

According to Riivo Tuvike, Chairman of the Management Board at Tallinn Airport, the previous success of Tallinn Airport was supported by the large team and passionate contribution of all employees: “In recent years, the number of passengers of Tallinn Airport grew particularly fast, yet even in restricted space we managed to retain the best possible passenger services, which led to several awards – you would not achieve this without a willing team.”

In the process of rebuilding the post-crisis economy Riivo Tuvike sees an important role also in the recovery of travelling possibilities: “30th place among the TOP101 of Estonia’s Most Valuable Enterprises is a recognition that strengthens our belief that air traffic together with the Tallinn Airport services are only temporary paused and hopefully we will be able to see positive developments soon.”
