148 thousand passengers passed through Tallinn Airport in March, a moderate growth of 3% compared to March last year. The growth resulted mainly from charter flights. The amount of available seats on scheduled flights increased by 8% but passenger demand remained largely unchanged. The average load factor on scheduled flights was 63%.
In March Lithuanian carrier Air Lituanica started services from Vilnius. Combined with Estonian Air flights there are now up to four daily connections between Tallinn and Vilnius.
