Priority Pass, the largest independent programme offering airport lounge memberships worldwide, announced this year’s best airport lounges with the Tallinn Airport Business Lounge named the best in Europe.
The Priority Pass network consists of more than 1000 business class lounges in 500 cities all over the world. The Club Kingston lounge in Kingston, Jamaica, was named the best business lounge in the world by the customers of Priority Pass.
According to Erle Saare, Business Class Service Manager at Tallinn Airport, the customers of Priority Pass acknowledged the general cosiness of the business lounge here. “Our business lounge is based on the general underlying principle of the entire Tallinn Airport, which is to provide the most home-like environment, thus, our customers feel as if they were in their living rooms when waiting for their flights. We are delighted that these efforts have been noticed by the customers and that we can add yet another award to the list of plaudits to our airport,” commented Saare.
Based on customer feedback, they are impressed by the friendly service, free massage chair, opportunity to enjoy a great view of the airport apron while sat by an electric fireplace, and the outdoor terrace, which is open year-round, at the Tallinn Airport Business Lounge.
Customers are served soft drinks and alcoholic beverages, snacks, confectionery, fresh salads, and, at lunchtime, hot soup in the Tallinn Airport Business Lounge. Customers can also read fresh newspapers and magazines and use various equipment, such as PC-s, fax machines, and printers.
The Business Lounge is open for all passengers at the price of 30 euros for a three-hour visit (for children aged 2-12, 7 euros). Aeroflot, Nordica LOT Polish Airlines, Finnairi, Lufthansa, airBaltic, and Turkish Airlines business class passengers are welcome free of charge.
