Traffic figures showed continous demand for air services in March. During the first quarter of the 2015 more than 413 000 passengers passed through Tallinn Airport, that was 8% more than in Ist quarter last year. 162 735 passengers were served in March, that was up 9% on month. The average load factor on scheduled flights was 66%.
All scheduled airlines showed improved passenger figures, the biggest increase experienced on Istanbul and Paris routes. The most popular routes were to Helsinki and Frankfurt. Flights to Berlin, Girona and Bremen were launched in March. As typical for the season, leisure passengers preferred charter flights to Egypt.
