A new airline, Wizz Air, is added to Tallinn Airport

From April next year, Wizz Air, the largest economy airline in Central and Eastern Airport, joins the airlines of Tallinn Airport, starting flights between Tallinn and Kiev Zhuliany Airport on April 19th, flying three times a week.

Also, from November this year, easyJet will start flights between Tallinn and Berlin Schönefeld Airport, initially twice a week. This year, on August 28th, the list of the destinations of the airport will also have an added route of Tallinn – Göteborg operated by Nordica.

According to Eero Pärgmäe, the Director of Marketing of Tallinn Airport, the above news support hope that by added destinations it is possible to maintain the record-breaking number of passengers also in the future. “We are very glad for the arrival of Wizz Air and together we hope to increase the number of direct flight destinations to further improve the connection of Estonia to the rest of the world,” Pärgmäe emphasized. Wizz Air is a rapidly developing economy airline with a fleet of over 80 aircrafts, already serving over 140 destinations in Europe.
