Flights in November

More than 148 thousand passengers passed through Tallinn Airport in November, that was 9% more than in November last year. Year-to-date increase was 2,5%, assuming that the trend continues, 2 million passengers are expected by the end of the year.

Transition to winter schedule in the end of October, usually accompanied by seasonal decline in demand, was smoother than last year, resulting in passenger growth in November. Number of available seats on scheduled flights increased by 6%.

Estonian Air has improved frequencies to Stockholm, Oslo, Amsterdam and Vilnius. Vilnius is also served by Lithuanian carrier Air Lituanica. Air Baltic has introduced flights between Tallinn and Paris. Turkish Airlines has improved services to Istanbul, which is now served by direct flights four times a week, providing great connecting opportunities to the whole world.
