Estonian Air starts operations to Bromma Airport in addition to flying to Stockholm Arlanda Airport in order to meet the needs of Estonian and Swedish business customers. Estonian Air flights between Tallinn and Bromma will be operated twice a day on weekdays from 29 September to 19 December 2014 and from 26 January to 19 June 2015.
“Meetings with our business customers and market analysis have shown that there is a need for more options to fly to Sweden. Bromma and its nearby areas like Solna and Krista are business centres where many Estonian based companies have their head office. Therefore, air connection with Bromma is important particularly for business segment ensuring them faster and more convenient service,” says Indrek Randveer, the CCO of Estonian Air.
During the first seven months of 2014, the number of customers has been growing on Tallinn-Stockholm route, in particular the share of point-to-point customers; the growth of this share has been especially fast during the last months. “Bromma is a good alternative for those who are planning to stay in Stockholm or nearby. At the same time Stockholm Arlanda Airport continues to be an important destination in Estonian Air’s network offering also very good choices for connecting flights into more than 100 cities in the world. Estonian Air flies to Stockholm Arlanda 23 times a week and to Bromma 10 times a week,” added Randveer.
Bromma Airport is situated 8 km from Stockholm. Airport buses depart to Stockholm city centre twice an hour, the journey time is 20 minutes. departs to Stockholm Central Station every 15 minutes, the journey time is 20 minutes.
The flight schedule between Tallinn and Bromma from 29 September until 19 December 2014 and from 26 January until 19 June 2015.
