Tallinn airport creates equal opportunities for a comfortable flight for all passengers. A service in compliance with international standards takes into consideration the personal, at times even very specific, requests of all people. Yet there are a lot of passengers with special requests who expect something more in addition to our good regular service. For people who above all value privacy, speed and comfort Tallinn airport provides the VIP-Service.
Private lounge
Comfortable VIP-lounge is suitable for a last-minute business meeting as well as for representation meetings, where the following are at your disposal:
•Necessary stationary
•Personal computer (MS Office) with internet access (WiFi), printer
•Phone/fax (local calls are free of charge)
However, in case you would like to relax a bit, you can do it without disturbances – the following are at your disposal:
•Television
•Newspapers and magazines
•Beverages and refreshments
Personal service
Personal VIP-attendant shall perform all the necessary travel formalities for you: registers your tickets and takes care of your luggage. You can save time for continuing your work or for just relaxing. All the border and customs procedures shall be handled in the VIP-lounge. VIP-reception and a separate escort to the plane will impress also your business partners. You will remember Tallinn as a place, where visitors are expected and honoured.
VIP-Service includes:
•Preflight passenger security and preflight luggage security check in the VIP-lounge
•Registering tickets and luggage in VIP-lounge by the attendant
•Border guard and customs proceedings in the VIP-lounge
•Escort of clients to/from the plane
•Information service and coordination of the issues concerning VIP-service with the official representatives of the VIP-client
Good to know!
•We ask you to formalise and submit your order (Mon-Fri at 9:00-17:00) to the VIP-service well in time, we advise at least 24 hours before the provision of the service (link to the order form pdf)
•Payment for the services can be done on the basis of standard payment order either in cash or credit card, payment by money transfer for VIP-service is available only as an advance payment
•In case of delays in the flight schedules (due to weather conditions, technical fault) no additional fee will be charged for an extended use of VIP-lounge
•VIP-service can be ordered both for arriving as well as for departing passenger
