By its nature airport is a process-based enterprise, which means that the final result of all the activities and the quality of services provided to customers depend equally on the contribution of each employee as well as on mutual cooperation. It refers to both the organisation of work within the company as well as smooth work relations between all the companies providing services at the airport and the state authorities. Thus it can be said that each employee separately and all parties jointly form the image of Tallinn Airport as the Estonian air gate.

According to the Tallinn Airport Ltd’s reputation study carried out in 2008 employees of the airport regard their employer to be an innovative and a considerate company. Our customers and partners in Estonia perceive Tallinn Airport as friendly, safe, active and diverse company, however, at the same time, as a company applying very high security standards and requirements.
