    • This package is suited to travellers who are only travelling with hand luggage.
    • Check-in must be completed in advance.
    • You must arrive at the VIP area at least 30 minutes before your flight.
    • Groups must arrive at the VIP area together.
    • This service is offered for passengers on regular flights (with the exception of Ryanair, EasyJet and charter flights).
    • The Business Express service does not include the use of a VIP room.
    • For an extra fee, you can park in the VIP car park.
  • Please note

    • If the payer is the CLIENT, the PARTY ORDERING THE SERVICE is obliged to inform them of the invoice that will be sent to them and of the payment conditions.
    • In the event that the CLIENT refuses to pay, the PARTY ORDERING THE SERVICE shall bear full responsibility for paying.
    • Your travel document(s) must be valid and must meet the requirements of your destination(s)
    • At night (22:00-6:00), on weekends and on public holidays or when ordering the service less than 24 hours in advance, a surcharge of 20% applies.
    • When ordering or amending the service less than 24 hours prior to the provision of the service, a surcharge of 20% applies.
    • If the order is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the provision of the service, 100% of the cost of the service is reimbursed.
    • If the order is cancelled 12-24 hours prior to the provision of the service, 50% of the cost of the service is reimbursed.
    • If the order is cancelled less than 12 hours prior to the provision of the service or if the client fails to use the service, the cost of the service is not subject to reimbursement.
