Children under the age of 16 are served if they are travelling with an adult. The service must be booked (from 9:00-17:00 Monday-Friday) and paid for at least 48 hours prior to the provision of the service. At night (22:00-6:00), on weekends and on public holidays or when ordering the service less than 24 hours in advance, a surcharge of 20% applies. Upon departure, the passenger(s) must be at the airport at least one hour prior to the planned departure time of the flight. If there is no sign of the passenger(s) 15 minutes after the agreed meeting time, the service is cancelled and the cost of the service is not reimbursed. Please inform us as soon as possible of any changes to your booking (flight time, number of passengers etc.) by e-mail. Changes are deemed to have been confirmed once you receive a notice of confirmation. In the event of a flight being delayed, check-in ends 45 minutes before the planned departure time. If the payer is the CLIENT, the PARTY ORDERING THE SERVICE is obliged to inform them of the invoice that will be sent to them and of the payment conditions. In the event that the CLIENT refuses to pay, the PARTY ORDERING THE SERVICE shall bear full responsibility for paying.
