Meet & Greet

Flying and travelling is mostly fun but even experienced and frequent flyers may encounter travel anxiety. We have developed the Meet & Greet service to assist senior travellers or passengers with small children in handling the mandatory procedures of the airport.

We offer the assistance of an airport representative for departures, arrivals and connections.

Departures:

  • An airport representative meets the passenger at the information desk.
  • The passenger will be assisted through priority check-in.
  • After that, the passenger is escorted through the security control without having to wait in line even during rush hour.
  • Depending on the destination, the airport representative will also assist the passenger in going through the border control and necessary customs procedures.
  • Our representative will escort the passenger to the correct gate where the passenger can wait for their flight without any worries.

If the passenger arrives at the airport with enough time to spare, we also offer the possibility of waiting for the flight in the business lounge.

Arrivals:

  • Our representative will wait for the passenger at the arrival gate.
  • Depending on the flight, assistance will be provided in going through border control.
  • The passenger will be escorted to the baggage claim, helping them collect their baggage.
  • Customs procedures will be performed, if necessary.
  • Our representative will escort the passenger to the public area of the passenger terminal.

Connections:

  • Our representative will wait for the passenger at the arrival gate.
  • Depending on the flight, assistance will be provided in going through border control.
  • The passenger will be checked in for the connecting flight.
  • If necessary, the baggage will also be checked in and customs procedures will be performed.
  • Our representative will escort the passenger to the gate of their next flight.

If there is any extra time between the connecting flights, the passenger may wait for the next flight in the business lounge.

Information and Terms & Conditions

  • The service can be booked for up to four passengers per one booking.
  • The service is available for children under 16 years only if they are travelling with an adult.
  • We kindly ask you to book and pay for your service at least 48 hours in advance (Mon-Fri 9.00-17.00).
  • Prices include VAT.
  • A 20% surcharge applies on national holidays, at night (22.00-06.00), during the weekend, or when booking the service less than 24 hours in advance.
  • Upon departures, the passenger must arrive at the airport at least one hour before the flight is scheduled to leave.
  • If the passenger has not arrived by the time 15 minutes have passed from the agreed meeting time, the service will be cancelled and the fee will not be refunded.
  • We kindly ask you to inform us of any changes in the booking of the service (time of the flight, number of passengers) well in advance via e-mail. Changes are deemed confirmed when you have received the respective confirmation.
  • In the case of delayed flights, check-in ends 45 minutes before the scheduled departure.

Cancellation, Changes and Absence

  • If the service is cancelled 24 hours before it was scheduled to be provided, 100% of the service fee will be refunded.
  • If the service is cancelled 12-24 hours before it was scheduled to be provided, 50% of the service fee will be refunded.
  • The service fee will not be refunded if the service is cancelled less than 12 hours in advance or if the passenger is absent.
  • The cancellation notice must be sent via e-mail.
